2Moons : Dead Front

Acclaim Games announces the launch of the highly anticipated 2Moons “Dead Front” team PvP event. Up to four rival parties can compete in an assault on the impregnable Pokas Fortress, fighting their way through hordes of monsters and sub-bosses. After defeating the boss demon Ophiuchus, each remaining team fights in a free-for-all PvP massacre to become the Supreme Warriors!

2Moons is a free to play extreme action Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) for PC directed by David Perry, a 24-year veteran of the video game development industry.

“Wading your way through thousands of monsters, relying on your friends to keep you alive. Together, facing an incredibly dangerous demon which will wipe out many that stood shoulder to shoulder with you, only to leave the survivors fighting a gladiatorial battle until only the last team stands… Now that’s a real challenge, and if you are that team, you will be one of just a handful that will be able to say they’ve conquered Dead Front,” says Perry.

First, each party must fight and defeat monsters to capture three supply depot locations. Then they must kill the sub-boss Ras Alhague guarding the front gate of the demon fortress. Once inside the Central Gate area, they must decipher the four Ancient Codes and gain entrance to the First Chamber of the Serpent Boss, Ophiuchus. Opening the secret wall to the boss room will then unleash a horde of Pitborn monsters. Finally, they will reach Ophiuchus, who awaits the survivors down the path. It will require the combined efforts of all players to destroy the mighty boss Ophiuchus!

The final phase of the Dead Front event is a massive PvP free-for-all battle. All survivors of the boss battle will be teleported into the PvP arena, and the last team standing will be crowned Supreme Warriors!

Experience points 2moons earned in battle vary depending on the level of the monster and the level of the player. Monsters which are five levels or more than the player’s level have a display name in red; monsters which are very low in level when compared to the player 2moons have a display name in green; monsters that are very close to (or at) the players level have a display name in white. Experience gained 2moons from slaying monsters outside of a player’s level is modified based on the level difference. Also, Acclaim has put in an 2moons advertisement system, which gives the player a 10% experience bonus if it is turned on. 2moons

There are currently no penalty’s for player death with the exception of a 15 second respawn delay. Thus, a player can die without fear of 2moons dil losing experience and items. 2moons

With eyes cold like frozen glass, 2moons dil the young healer stands on the balls of her feet, and at the ready. 2moons dil
Seven feet away a hulking figure grows, becomes smaller and grows again with every breath. 2moons
Fists curled in blades that glide up his arms and come to a stinging point just above his elbows,
he is a 2moons dil fearsome warrior. Fire encircles the two about to lock in ferocious battle, licking at their
backs with 2moons dil heat that would drop any lowly man to his knees, but these two feel nothing; nothing
but rage. It¡¯s midnight but even if it were day the smoke from the blaze would blot out any light
that tried to reach them. The warrior raises his fists to the sky and swings them down as he
charges forward 2moons dil . Before he gets even a stride from his initial position the healers wrist snaps
in one fast motion as many strings of red tentacles of light reach for the warrior and slap against
his face. Stupid and 2moons dil predictable she thought as she brought her hand back to her side and assumed

stride the warrior 2moons stares in to the lifeless eyes of his opponent. An arms length away from the
women he sees in her eyes the coming second strike of the whip. Throwing up his left arm the many
strands quickly rap around it giving him leverage enough to pull the women forward as he swings
his right hand directly into her face. Hit so hard the women flies back into the fire. Proud of himself 2moons dil
and his quick reflexes the warrior flexes his muscles and grunts, and doesn¡¯t even see the coming
attack. From the fire 2moons and to his right comes the healer with a dropkick to the side of the warriors
head. Knocked back, but not thrown like the women when struck in the face, the warrior is on a
knee. Shaking it off 2moons dil and standing upright only to be caught by another crack of the whip, this time
just below his left shoulder and stretching around his back, but the warrior felt this coming and was 2moons
already in motion for the women.

At the pinnacle of the sting to his left arm and back the warrior had hold of the women¡¯s whip arm 2moons
with his right. 2moons dil Pulling forward he pivoted on his right leg, turning himself 180 degrees and yanked
the women over his back and to the ground, as he stretched his leg up and brought it down hard on
the women¡¯s 2moons dil whip arm. Losing her grip on the whip the healer rolls out from under the warrior¡¯s feet
just as the second blow from his foot comes to the ground. Quick as a cat she rolls around to his side
and digs her 2moons dil razor like nails into the warriors calve as she draws herself up from the ground taking her
hand with her as she rips the warriors skin all the way up his leg. Fully erect she takes her armor
plated elbow and drives it into the back of the warrior¡¯s skull. In two blows she is able to nock the 2moons
warrior to the ground for the first time. Quickly, she grabs her whip and is forced to hold it in the left
hand as she had no grip in her right due to the warriors crushing stomp. She brings the whip down on
the warrior in a flurry of blows, viciously tearing into his back.

Coming out of his stupor from the mighty strikes it was the warriors turn to roll, though he was less
agile than the healer and the woman only followed. On his back now he reflected the blows from
the whip in staggered success. The warrior knew if he couldn¡¯t get to his feet he would soon be
beaten. Struggling on his elbows and trying to move his self back between the healer¡¯s strikes,
the women suddenly stops her aggressive attacks. The warrior glances up as the women falls to
the ground with a thud, an arrow in her back. Quick to his feet and glancing in the direction the
arrow had come the warrior was struck between the eyes with yet another arrow.

From the fire came the hunter, slinging her bow around to her back. Walking in between the two
duelers and giving them a pitiful glance, she knelt down to pick up the small satchel in the middle
of the battleground. She had been gracefully following the warrior for weeks as he searched for this
treasure, and had intended to kill him once he found it. To her surprise it was a healer that held the
treasure she sought. Deciding to watch the futile battle for amusement, she perched herself in a
tree just outside of the battleground and waited for the opportune time to strike. Pocketing her
prize she walked over to the two bodies and extracted her arrows from them. Still kneeling she
whispered, better to be the hunter than the hunted. She stands and disappears into the flames.

Later as the flames are dieing down a knight comes into the battleground and discovers the body of
the dead warrior. Piercing his shield into the ground, he kneels next to the warrior and inspects the
body. Obvious whip marks were scattered across the body, and a small whole was right between his
eyes. He wonders why a Segnale and a Hunter would work together to bring down this warrior and
where they might be now. Gripping his sword tighter than before he walks away from the
battleground with a renewed awareness of his surroundings. The knight did not want to meet the
same fate as the fearsome looking warrior.

Chapter 2: The Satchel

Allowing herself to breathe for the first time in minutes, a small pillow of dust flies from near her lips, as the healer surveys the area for the hunter. Slowly getting to her feet, wincing at the pain from her back, the healer knows she must follow the hunter. Beaten, but not broken she walks away from the dead warrior and battleground with the conviction of finding the bitch that shot her and taking back what does not belong to her.

Taking life for any measure, Pitborn or 2moons dil otherwise, the hunter has long been a blight to her people. To take without giving back to nature is the only way she knows how to live. The amount of DIL offered for the treasure in her pocket could not be passed up. At the specified meeting place she waits, perched high in a tree, rolling the bag around in her pocket. Playing scenarios in her mind she decides to take the bag out of her pocket and wedge it at the base of a branch next to the trunk in a shady part of the tree then drops down to the ground and waits.

A sound from the bush behind her, she is quick to turn and make her bow ready. Bow strings taught from the pressure her drawn hand has applied, she watches the bush intently waiting for the sound to show itself in the moonlight. The mere sight of the knight tells her this is not who she is to meet. The hunter releases her grip and sends the arrow fl 2moons 2moons 2moons dil 2moons ying. The knight throws up his shield arm and only just deflects the arrow coming true at his head.

“Ah, lady hunter, I suspected I might run into you out here in the moonlight, but where is your friend?” Taken aback by the knight’s words, the hunter says, “I have no friends in this life”, as she readies her next arrow and looses it in one fluid motion. Again the Knight throws up his shield to deflect the arrow singin 2moons dil g directly for his head. This time the arrow lodges itself into and through his shield only three inches from his face. The knight cuts away the arrow with his sword as he says, “do you wish to draw my attention to you as your Pitborn ally comes at my back?” “I told you, I have no friends, and neither do I have any allies, and should you take another step towards me knight, you will die tonight.” Barely considering her promise for death 2moons dil the knight says, “I kn 2moons dil 2moons 2moons dil ow of your Segnale friend, hunter. I know because I have seen the body of the warrior that you two faced. I should warn you, I am not as stupid as muscle torn Bagi, and if it’s my life you wish to take, I invite you to try.”

The words of the Knight cause her to second guess her two arrows only hours earlier, and she glances up to her tree with worry. Knowing this glance as the only chance he may get to rush his foe the Knight charges head on with his eyes only just above his shield. Knowing her mistake the second she turned from the Knight, the hunter begins pulling an arrow from her quiver and turns to meet the charge, but only to late. The knight sweeps his shield from right to left and knocks the woman’s arms down as he swings his right hand in for a blow to her head. Off balance, the hunter knows a swing of the blade is coming. Knowing she can not block this attack from the position she is in, she drops to the ground and rolls quickly out of the way and back to her feet, loosing an arrow on her 2moons dil way up. The Knights blow plunges his sword into the ground just as an arrow pierces the armor on his bicep. Knocked back, he reaches for his sword but drops it as he pulls it from the ground. Quickly he brings his shield up as another arrow from the woman comes at him and in the same motion he slides the shield onto his right forearm. The arrow glances off as the knight does a forward roll, grabbing the hilt of his blade on the way up. Thrusting forward from the roll 2moons dil the knight plunges the sword into the hunters belly and drives upward as he rises to eye level with her.

Blood gushing from her wound, she can do nothing but offer an alarmed 2moons dil stare into the eyes of the knight, as red spittle spatters his face when she coughs. Putting his shield to her face the knight forces her back and pulls his blade from her chest, just as he hears a sound from behind. Turning, the Segnale is fifteen feet away, making motions with her hands. “You are too late, Pitborn, I have already slain your ally, and I shall have no remorse for taking your life as wel… The hunter 2moons blood soaked and worn, stands at the knight’s back, hand attached to the dagger in the small of his back just below his breastplate. Letting her grip soften as the knight falls forward, the hunter also falls to her knees. “Finish you’re healing, Segnale, or you shall never find your precious satchel” the hunter says as she coughs more blood. Walking in close the healer bends to look into the hunter’s 2moons dil eyes and laughs heartlessly. “I don’t need you to tell me where my stone is, stupid hunter. Even now it calls to me from your tree. I merely healed you so that you may kill the knight and so that I may exact my revenge for the whole you put in my back.” The healer chants a moment while spheres of blood from the hunter’s body rise and seep into her own wounds. Now fully healed and revived the healer 2moons dil waves her hands in front of the hunters face then 2moons dil impales her razor like nails into her forehead six times, the last driven all the way in to the second joint of her fingers. She watches as the hunter’s eyes roll back into her skull then releases one hand from her head and uses the other to toss her against the tree so 2moons dil hard that the satchel drops at the base.

Leaning down she hears many footsteps coming from the brush. 2moons dil Quickly the healer pockets her satchel and makes for the opposite direction, for she knows full well what her stone is capable of, and who would like to take it from her cold dead hands.

Seconds later a small army of Pitborn creatures come into the clearing where the hunter and knight lay dead, followed by a cloaked figure. In a deep demon-like voice he says “Find that bitch, kill her, and bring me that stone.”

PK Guide

folks, if there is something I love in this game is the PK system: not only it is possible to kill other players but also you get punished by it, meaning that not everyone can PK, only those who can level up despite the punishment.

Next I give some details on 2moons about Pking and also on its consequences (and how to mitigate them):

a)Set your return point to Parka Temple if you are level 60 or less (I am level 59 so I can talk about what happens next) so if you get pked and you are red, at least you’ll be able to kill some monster and lower your IP without being attacked by a swarm of PK killers (hyprocrites!!!)
b)In order to PK you need to select the target an 2moons d with the ctrl key pressed use the skill button.
c)If you are a summoner use 2moons dil first your pet attack to keep the victim busy (ctrl+shift+q).
d)Use first your strongest attack, use the surprise effect.
e)If the guy is busy fighting other monster (specially a mob) it even better, he’ll get confused 2moons and may not realize you are attacking him and not the mob.
f) If he in a mob make sure 2moons dil you manage to select him otherwise he may use the mob to protect him from your skills.
g)If you get IP higher than 500 and you die you go to prison. You must wait there (logging off will not help!) until your IP lowers to 500. A possibility is to pay bail but it expensive (1kdil p 2moons dil er IP). 2moons dil
h)Two ways of lowering your IP, the first is time (I believe it 3 IP every 5 minutes (CORRECTION, 3 IP every one minute)) or killing white or red monster (Im not sure but I believe sometimes it does not work, bug?). I’ve heard people talking about losing PVPs but I tested 5 times and it didn work. 2moons

i)If you are red you can use teleporters , buy fro 2moons dil m NPCs but you can still use parca temple comissioned quests (thus item a))
UPDATE! j)If someone kills you (pkill) while you are red you lose 15 IP points.
k)If someone kills your pet (pkill) while you are red you lose 9 IP points.

Arra Neea promptly grabs her breastplate and throws it on, quickly latching the buckles, as Cendi 2moons dil
draws up next to her. If the sight of seven summoners disheartened them, they did not show it. 2moons
As the summoners dismount their beasts, Arra Neea readies her whip slapping it across the ground 2moons dil
as she rolls her head around her shoulders to crack her neck.

Cendi takes one last look at Sylex, still convulsing on the ground, then turns towards the 2moons
summoners and starts a spell. Arra Neea feels the radiating heat coming from Cendi and knows
the magic instantly and she starts her own spells to paralyze those who would dodge it. 2moons

After dismounting their beasts all seven summoners went into their own spells calling forth their
minions. On by one, starting in the middle the summoners ceased movement and just as the fourth 2moons
summoner was paralyzed, pillars of fire rained down on them, setting them aflame. 2moons

No better time than the present, Arra Neea charges to the left stopping short of the first summoner,
and calls forth her own summons. In seconds, a spear shoots from thin air at the summoner and 2moons
impales him beneath his chest. The summoner moves to break the spear just as Arra Neea��s
blood whip explodes and curses the summoners in the immediate area. 2moons

Coming out of her spell, Cendi sees the aftermath of the flames still burning the summoners in the 2moons dil
center of their party. To her right she sees a summoner throw his hands to the ground and a 2moons
blue aura 2moons surrounds him as a huge creature appears behind him. Horns protruding from his head 2moons
and arms almost reaching to the ground, the summoner��s minion charges Cendi. 2moons dil
2moons dil

Wasting no time after her spear attack, Arra Neea rushes i 2moons n on the summoner with the spear
protruding 2moons from his belly. Lightning quick she brings her nails in on him and drives them five
times in his chest then brings her last blow up under his chin, raising the summoner into the air 2moons dil
as she pulls him over her body and slams him to the ground dead. Standing now, blood dripping 2moons dil
from her claws, Arra Neea hits the ground hard as a summoner, still warm from the fire brought 2moons
down on him by Cendi, drives into her back. 2moons dil

As the summoners minion draws near, Cendi swings her mace in for a direct hit to the side of
its head, and if falls to her left. In the same moment, she releases a bolt of fire towards the
summoner and makes a direct hit. Returning her attention to the minion, Cendi jumps atop
him and puts her hands around its neck, snapping it like a twig in one fast motion. The
moment she snapped the minion��s neck, another summoner puts a foot into the side of her
head causing her to roll sideways. The summoner keeps coming, bringing his two blades
down at her left then right, and again left then right. Cendi can do nothing but continue rolling
away as the summoners endless thrusts swing only inches from her body.

Falling forwards with a summoner on her back, Arra Neea twists her body around to face him
long before they hit the ground. In the air, she draws her knees up, drives her heels into the
summoner��s chest and thrusts her legs out in time with the impact to the ground. Thrown
backwards, the summoner bleeds from the two holes Arra Neea��s boots make. Without
hesitation, Arra Neea stands up and lashes the summoner with her whip repeatedly until there
is nothing left of his face but blood and bone. Surveying the battlefield she sees, one
summoner making for Cendi and four more just coming to their senses. After paralyzing the
summoner attacking Cendi, Arra Neea turns on the remaining four summoners.

Swiftly jumping to her feet, Cendi bashes her mace against the summoners check, and then
backhands it across the other side. As if the blows awakened him, the summoner swings out
a blade directly into the center of Cendi��s chest, just below the breastbone. With a gasp, she
can barely call out the words, ��Arra Neea��! The summoner brings in his second blade, drives
it into her right eye, and then pushes her to the ground. The world goes black and white.

Hearing Cendi call out her name, Arra Neea turns from the four summoners still dizzy from the
flames, to see her friend die from a dagger through her eye. Arra Neea swiftly lets loose a
spear towards the summoner and immediately goes into a resurrection spell.

-

From her black and white world, Cendi feels her new body fade; being drawn back to her
physical body. She watches Arra Neea conjure the spell as four summoners make their way
towards her from behind. Trying to call out to her friend, Cendi finds she has no voice.

-

Nearly completing the resurrection, Arra Neea stops cold as two blades drive into her back
and she falls to the ground.

��NO�� Cendi tries to scream but the words just wont come. Out of nowhere comes Sylex,
bashing into the summoner with the bloody blades, tossing him fully ten feet away. He then
turns on the remaining three and throws his hands to his sides and shouts, knocking two to
the ground. The summoner left standing moves in on Sylex only to meet an earth-shaking
blow to the face, dead on impact.

Now feeling a pull of a different kind, Cendi can no longer move. She feels the world fading
around her and she realizes this is the end.

-

Moving to the two summoners thrown back by his shout, Sylex grabs them by their necks,
one in each hand, and brings them together hard, splitting their skulls. Dropping their useless
bodies, he then turns on the summoner that drove his blades into Arra Neea, who has already
made his way halfway to Sylex. Planting his feet, he readies himself for the bladed attack.

Arra Neea struggles to heal herself just enough to have the strength to resurrect Cendi. Only
half-alive she moves towards the magician and begins her spell, hands rested above the body.

Four feet away from Sylex the summoner raises his blades above his head, ready to bring
them down on the warrior. Huge but agile, Sylex lets his feet slide forward and he falls into
a sitting position as he raises his hands to intercept the summoner��s thrusts. Catching the
wrists with ease, Sylex looks into the summoners eyes and laughs as he moves his legs
between his foe��s and then thrusts them upwards hard as he flips him backwards, never
coming to a stop until he is on top of the summoner. Sliding his grip from the wrists to the
bladed hands and squeezing hard, Sylex brings the summoners own blades down into his
chest, and watches as his eyes open wide. Standing, still in rage from the battle, Sylex raises
his foot into the air and brings it down on the hilts of the two blades, forcing them through
the body and into the ground.

Finishing her spell, Arra Neea watches as Cendi gasps a breath. Satisfied she turns the
healing back onto herself and at that moment a summoner comes at her from the side and
slices her neck wide open. With his last breath the summoner falls back laughing as the
spear in his chest finally finishes him off.

Standing now, Arra Neea sees a new world, a world drained of color. She watches as Cendi
sits up and reaches for her physical body, trying to compress the wound on her neck. She
watches as Sylex moves in to help. She sees dead summoners struggling with their new form.
Knowing nothing can save her now; Arra Neea waits to depart from this world. She feels
her new colorless body start to fade and then, Blackness��..Nothingness��..Red��..Then a rush
of bright colors that fade away quickly and Arra Neea finds herself at the foot of an empty
throne.

With eyes cold like frozen glass, 2moons the young healer stands on the balls of her feet, and at the ready. 2moons
Seven feet away a hulking figure grows, becomes smaller and grows again with every breath. 2moons dil
Fists curled in blades that glide up his arms and come to a stinging point just above his elbows,
he is a 2moons fearsome warrior. Fire encircles the two about to lock in ferocious battle, licking at their
backs with 2moons dil heat that would drop any lowly man to his knees, but these two feel nothing; nothing
but rage. It¡¯s midnight but even if it were day the smoke from the blaze would blot out any light
that tried to reach them. The warrior raises his fists to the sky and swings them down as he
charges forward 2moons dil . Before he gets even a stride from his initial position the healers wrist snaps
in one fast motion as many strings of red tentacles of light reach for the warrior and slap against
his face. Stupid and 2moons dil predictable she thought as she brought her hand back to her side and assumed
her ready position.

his right hand directly into her face. Hit so hard the women flies back into the fire. Proud of himself 2moons dil
and his quick reflexes the warrior flexes his muscles and grunts, and doesn¡¯t even see the coming
attack. From the fire 2moons dil and to his right comes the healer with a dropkick to the side of the warriors
head. Knocked back, but not thrown like the women when struck in the face, the warrior is on a
knee. Shaking it off 2moons and standing upright only to be caught by another crack of the whip, this time
just below his left shoulder and stretching around his back, but the warrior felt this coming and was 2moons dil
already in motion for the women.

At the pinnacle of the sting to his left arm and back the warrior had hold of the women¡¯s whip arm 2moons dil
with his right. 2moons Pulling forward he pivoted on his right leg, turning himself 180 degrees and yanked
the women over his back and to the ground, as he stretched his leg up and brought it down hard on
the women¡¯s 2moons dil whip arm. Losing her grip on the whip the healer rolls out from under the warrior¡¯s feet
just as the second blow from his foot comes to the ground. Quick as a cat she rolls around to his side
and digs her 2moons dil razor like nails into the warriors calve as she draws herself up from the ground taking her
hand with her as she rips the warriors skin all the way up his leg. Fully erect she takes her armor
plated elbow and drives it into the back of the warrior¡¯s skull. In two blows she is able to nock the 2moons dil
warrior to the ground for the first time. Quickly, she grabs her whip and is forced to hold it in the left
hand as she had no grip in her right due to the warriors crushing stomp. She brings the whip down on
the warrior in a flurry of blows, viciously tearing into his back.

Coming out of his stupor from the mighty strikes it was the warriors turn to roll, though he was less
agile than the healer and the woman only followed. On his back now he reflected the blows from
the whip in staggered success. The warrior knew if he couldn¡¯t get to his feet he would soon be
beaten. Struggling on his elbows and trying to move his self back between the healer¡¯s strikes,
the women suddenly stops her aggressive attacks. The warrior glances up as the women falls to
the ground with a thud, an arrow in her back. Quick to his feet and glancing in the direction the
arrow had come the warrior was struck between the eyes with yet another arrow.

From the fire came the hunter, slinging her bow around to her back. Walking in between the two
duelers and giving them a pitiful glance, she knelt down to pick up the small satchel in the middle
of the battleground. She had been gracefully following the warrior for weeks as he searched for this
treasure, and had intended to kill him once he found it. To her surprise it was a healer that held the
treasure she sought. Deciding to watch the futile battle for amusement, she perched herself in a
tree just outside of the battleground and waited for the opportune time to strike. Pocketing her
prize she walked over to the two bodies and extracted her arrows from them. Still kneeling she
whispered, better to be the hunter than the hunted. She stands and disappears into the flames.

Later as the flames are dieing down a knight comes into the battleground and discovers the body of
the dead warrior. Piercing his shield into the ground, he kneels next to the warrior and inspects the
body. Obvious whip marks were scattered across the body, and a small whole was right between his
eyes. He wonders why a Segnale and a Hunter would work together to bring down this warrior and
where they might be now. Gripping his sword tighter than before he walks away from the
battleground with a renewed awareness of his surroundings. The knight did not want to meet the
same fate as the fearsome looking warrior.
